Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Salon Sort. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• To cancel, please notify us at salonsort@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, unused and in their original packaging.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at salonsort@outlook.com. We will cover the return costs and offer a replacement or refund.
