2. Orders
When you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation. This is not acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract occurs when we dispatch your goods.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the available payment methods, including Klarna (where available).

4. Delivery

5. Returns & Cancellations
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, please email us at salonsort@outlook.com. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. 6. Faulty Goods
If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays outside our control or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights.
